Shipping Policy
• All orders are shipped from New Mexico, USA.

• If your order is time sensitive, please purchase expedited shipping.
• For high-value orders, purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• I will begin processing your order after it is placed, and I ship in the order they are received and provide a tracking number. This usually takes 1–3 days (excluding Sundays, certain holidays, and shipping time). I kindly ask for your patience as this handling period may vary, for example, if I have a high volume of orders.
• From packing to USPS sealing the package, attaching the shipping label with your address, and picking it up, I record the entire process. This video is for internal documentation and for handling potential disputes only.
• It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are accurate. I won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by you. I reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees for the return and re-send of the goods.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Returns & exchanges accepted within 7 days. The 7-day period begins on the date the item is delivered.
• Risk in each order passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. Once delivered, I’m not responsible.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that are damaged, missing, or incorrect due to reasons not caused by the seller.
• All items containing custom content are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect due to the seller’s fault, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST WITH: photos of the damage, the receipt, or proof of purchase. If you do not provide these, I reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds. In addition, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
• After I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method within a few days.
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
• Provided the item is unused and undamaged, returns and refunds requested due to customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind) are accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition and original packaging, and sent back to the address listed below. Return transit times may vary depending on your location. For high-value items, I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. In the event that a return is lost in transit, the customer assumes full responsibility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
