• Returns & exchanges accepted within 7 days. The 7-day period begins on the date the item is delivered.

• After I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method within a few days.
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
• Provided the item is unused and undamaged, returns and refunds requested due to customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind) are accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition and original packaging, and sent back to the address listed below. Return transit times may vary depending on your location. For high-value items, I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. In the event that a return is lost in transit, the customer assumes full responsibility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
